To work with our growing ethnic/migrant/diaspora faith communities (whether in ethnic specific fellowships or part of an established congregation) to welcome, support and nurture migrant faith expressions and support their efforts to become increasingly multi-cultural as they respond to the changing needs within their second and third generations by:

• Helping to preserve and strengthen culturally specific expressions of faith.
• Supporting and resourcing these faith communities to enable them to extend into multi-cultural faith expressions beyond their original ethnicities as they bring gospel renewal to their communities.

This role has a mentoring, resourcing, networking, and strategic focus working with pastors and church leaders informing/championing a multicultural culture within our region.
